On-Site Services

The hillclimb is a spectator friendly event where every seat is a good one. We offer full-service concessions with beer, beverages, and food. Bring what you need to be comfortable on a summer day in the sun. We strongly recommend chairs and umbrellas or awnings. Image

If you want to bring and consume your own food and/or beverages, you may do so in the parking lots or camping areas, but you CANNOT bring them into the main spectator area. Your can only consume your own food and beverages in the camping/tailgating or parking areas. Only the food and beverages that our vendors sell on-site, will be allowed in the main spectator area. You cannot camp out in the spectator or parking areas, (they are day use only), but you can camp in our camping area, (the cost is $20 per vehicle for the entire weekend) and there is enough room for over 500 campers (we had 425 last year).

We caution all attendees to be mindful of your own trash, (we WILL have recycling barrels out for aluminum and plastic).  Please do NOT bring your dogs into the spectator area!  You may have leashed and well-behaved dogs in the camping and parking areas however.  Also remember that Payette County does NOT allow pit bulls, so please leave your pits at home.  Lastly, please drink responsibly. Security will be there to help ensure that this is a quality, family event for everyone. An ample number of porta-potty's and trash containers will be setup around the venue; please use them.

You can purchase event hats and t-shirts, special vendor products, and a limited number of chairs and umbrellas at our select vendor booths. We will have an ATM machine on site for your convenience.

Please support our sponsors as they help make this event possible.
