We're turning up the heat again this year with some new, Big Nasty bands and sounds. Our show that runs on Friday night from 8:30 to 10:30 will feature Half the World, Radillac, 57 Heavy and Aces & Eights, and Saturday night's show, from 8:30 to 10:30 will feature Half the World, Abrupt Edge, 57 Heavy and Radillac. We are featuring music from Aces, Dirty Rooster and Abrupt on our wild, new 2008 DVD.
57Heavy
If there are choppers outside and fun lovin people inside, check the marquee it
may read 57heavy. We would consider ourselves rock music purists, but the style
was born a hybrid. I don't think one can hear the music we're influenced by in our
music but, we have a love for Pink Floyd, Led Zeplin, sound garden, Cure, Dead can
dance, D-A-D, The police, Floater, Dizzy Mizz Lizzy. Too many to name I'll stop...
Whether its spelled 57Heavy, Fiftysevenheavy or 57hevy, we just don't care... So
thanks & Cheers.

Aces & Eights
Aces & Eights
was formed in early 2002 in Boise, Idaho, USA. Like many burgeoning bands we gigged
around a bit, played a few shows here and there but didn't really come into our
own until our first album "Bad Deal" was released in 2006 followed by a short west
coast tour that same year. Over time, the sound had changed dramatically from hard
and fast street punk to something a bit more traditional sounding in the rock 'n'
roll genre, drawing on influences like Rose Tattoo, early AC/DC, Motorhead, Ducky
Boys, Hudson Falcons and others. We crafted our sound based on what we wanted as
a band and musicians into what felt right when writing and composing our new songs
and music. After more gigging around the Northwest and going through a number of
member changes we finally took a small break in early '07 to regroup and tend to
our personal lives, including welcoming a number of new additions to our families,
starting businesses, etc. After a number of months, though, it became apparent that
the line-up would have to change and with the addition of Josh Shockey on rhythm
guitar, J. Turner on bass, and Rene Ramirez on drums the song writing again hit
a steady pace and the band became more productive than ever. Now after nearly a
year of hard work, the album, "A Different Animal" is due to hit the streets in
August of 2009. Proper tours are planned for mid-Summer and Fall of that in support
of this new effort. Seattle, Portland, Redding, Sacto, San Fran, L.A., Vegas and
points in between... keep your ear to the ground and we'll see you out on the road!
The Aces & Eights store is coming soon but until then, if you'd like merch (t-shirts
and shit), please contact us directly and we'll get you what you need.

Abrupt Edge
With head bobbing verses and sing-along choruses, Abrupt Edge has created a sound
that is turning heads. Aggressive lead vocals, smooth harmonies, and driving music,
combined with hopeful lyrics, make up their unique spin on "modern rock". Formed
in 2001, Abrupt Edge began a journey that has taken them through countless shows,
a few changes in lineup, and three CD's. The latest, critically acclaimed release
from Abrupt Edge, Born, debuted at number one on Boise's best seller list. A captivating
live show, and plenty of stage experience has allowed them to share the stage with
bands like, Seether, Sick Puppies, Shinedown, Hurt, In this Moment, Red, Earshot,
Egypt Central, Hawthorne Heights, Buck Cherry, The Exies, Smile Empty Soul, Alien
Ant Farm, and Seven Mary Three. Their relentless drive to succeed, has pushed them
to the forefront of the Northwest music scene, and they have no plans of slowing
down. Abrupt Edge has a memorable sound and presence that you wont soon forget.

Half the World
Hailing from Holland, lead singer Mary
Magill - with her striking visual presence and commanding, world-class voice -
is Half the World's onstage focal point. The rhythm section is comprised of Mat
Hansen on bass and Pete Weaver on drums and backup vocals (Pete also produces
and engineers for the band). Sean Thompson and Brett Pedersen's incandescent,
razor-edged guitars generate the fure that electrifies this monumental wall of
sound. This up and coming band, based out of Boise, Idaho, will appeal to fans
of Breaking Benjamin, Evanescence, Three Days Grace, Paramore, Chevelle,
Seether, Sevendust, and the Foo Fighters.
Radillac
Radillac was formed in the fall of
2007 by guitarist and vocalist Nick O'Leary, bassist Zach Goodspeed, and drummer
Conrad Garner. Inspired by bands from Refused to Propaghandi, the three
musicians created a style all there own by embracing the pure aggression of punk
while giving it new life with a tone of rock, metal and blues. After releasing
their first album "Get Brutal," Radillac has been playing non- stop with bands
like The Voodoo Glow Skulls, The Koffin Kats, and Baptized by Fire, while also
being a featured interview on 100.3 The X. With the attitude "play loud, play
fast, play dirty" Radillac delivers a memorable live show that can best
explained in one word....rowdy.
