Volunteers Needed

Hey Tough Guy(s) here's a chance to raise some money, catching!

We are always looking for hillcatchers.  Hillcatchers have the best seat in the house.  Catching is a "tough-guy" kind of deal.  Wimps need not apply.  We've never had a single female catcher, ever, but if you think you are a strong girl, go ahead and apply.  This is a great opportunity to raise money for your club or group.

Hillcatchers get free admission to the event, and those who want to climb, get one, free entry in a trophy class of their choice.  If you put a group of at least 15 catchers together, we will make a $250 donation to a club or organization of your choice.  Put a group of 30 together and the donation grows to $500, and get us 60 catchers and your group can raise a grand ($1,000)!  All catchers get a special, WPS/Fly Racing catcher shirt and food on the day or days that you catch.  We have two hillcatcher captains this year:

Caldwell, Nampa, Boise Catcher Captain, Derray Quarders 350-9974 dquarders@yahoo.com

New Plymouth, Payette Catcher Captain, Mike Lambertson 608-0309 mikesteph4@msn.com

A mandatory meeting for all Big Nasty catchers and volunteers will be held at the hill at 7pm on September 7.  If you are planning on helping at the event this year, please attend this meeting.

Non-Bike Catching Volunteer Opportunities

We are always looking for volunteers to do things like score, oversee the campground, help at gates and much more.  Volunteer opportunities abound and this is a great opportunity to see Big Nasty Land up close and personal and attend for free.

Volunteers get free admission to the event and free food on the day(s) that they work, and a cool, WPS/Fly orange volunteer shirt.
